HP打印机打印excl报错

今天在维护过程中碰到一同事打印excl报错 打印机为HP4250 在打印excl文档后打印状态显示为 Resolution not supported 。上网查了一圈终于找到了解决办法，特在此记录下其解决方案。
Apparently Excel documents internally contain the resolution which they are supposed to be printed at. The person who created the document may have set it at a higher resolution than your printer can handle. You need to change the dpi setting (probably to a *lower* value). In Excel click on "File" then "Page Setup" then change the "Print Quality". For example change it from 720 dpi to 360 dpi. 本文出自 51CTO.COM技术博客 |
